Service Description

This service is ONLY available Mon- Fri. Must be collected before 2 PM. These test can be ordered by patients in hopes of being in touch with their health status. Test costs are discounted for cash paying patients and tend to be cheaper than most local lab tests. ULTA Lab Tests (testing performed by Quest Diagnostics) Patient must pay for labs before scheduling appointment. This blood draw fee covers the first 20 miles of travel from our location at 1487 HWY 92 Fayetteville GA 30214 and includes collection, processing and drop off for shipping. If you are more than 20 miles from our office a travel fee will apply. Travel Fees and can be added to your appointment during booking if applicable.
