Service Description

Blood Draw age 17 and up: We are a private collection service and DO NOT bill insurance for service. This blood draw fee covers the first 20 miles of travel from our location at 1487 HWY 92 Fayetteville GA 30214 and includes collection, processing and drop off for shipping. If you are more than 20 miles from our office a travel fee will apply. Travel Fees and can be added to your appointment during booking if applicable. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS to see if you need to ADD a travel fee.
